Today I have the honor of speaking alongside some incredibly innovative attorneys on the first ever "AI in Legal" panel at AI World 2018.
AI World brings into focus the practical applications of AI to the enterprise. Since its birth in 2016, the conference has largely focused on integrating AI in the medical and pharmaceutical industries (who are no doubt accelerating adoption at breakneck speeds!).
This year, that remains true, but conference organizers have seen the impact AI is having on our industry and have decided to give legal a voice on the global stage! Fellow panelists and I will provide practical guidance for weaving AI and Legal Technology into the workflows of busy legal operations managers, attorneys and GCs.
In preparation for the panel, I created a quick "Legal AI Buyer's Guide" that highlights the important questions technology buyers should ask before making a final purchase.
Of course, the list could go on, but I hope this sheds a light on some of the important things to consider when buying AI and legal technology.
